Another step towards improving the compatibility of family and work / study has been completed. The Charité is now cooperating with the KIMO-Kindergarden "Noctiluca", which opened in June near Campus Benjamin Franklin. Employees of the Charité are now given priority places.

The sponsorship for the cooperation has been taken over by CharitéCentren 1-3. The commercial director Lotte Brauns got together with the Office of Family Affairs on 18 September an insight on the educational concept and the premises of the day care center. "It is nice to see that our contribution has arrived well and the children are lovingly accompanied and supported in their development," she said during the inspection with the pedagogical leadership of the kindergarden.

The kindergarden am Hindenburgdamm 100 has room for 24 children from the age of one to school entry. With the cooperation, the Office of Family Affairs is breaking new ground in order to be able to provide childcare places for employees at various locations in Berlin.
